The Seven Wonders That Will Change Your Life by Glenn Beck
The Most They Ever Had by Rick Bragg
I will make Books Galore a recurring series here at Reading Has Purpose.
What books have you purchased or added to your TBR list?

I am so aware of "En el tiempo de las mariposas" by Julia Alvarez it is in my TBR. I will be reading it in its original version when the time comes. Not sure when.
ReplyDeleteFifty Shades of Grey.. gosh everyone seems to be enjoying it due to its racy nature. Not yet in my TBR.
Ken Follet is as well popular, I admire him as a writer, I have watched some of his interviews on TV. Not in my TBR though.
The rest I do not know about.
I have not purchased any novels so far this year, I am still reading the ones I bought last year. There are quite a lot of books high in my TBR, however, they aren't displayed in this post.
Interesting post, Shannon.
Of all of these books "50 Shades of Grey" was the only one I was already familiar with. It's not on my TBR and I don't think it will ever make it there.
DeleteI hadn't planned on reading "The Most They Ever Had" this year but the lady at the checkout raved about it. It's small so I may squeeze it in in March since I've already read the March selection for my book club.
What an eclectic list. I love seeing what people are reading too! It's a good pick up line for guys too! hahahhahhahaa
ReplyDeleteAgreed. Great conversation starter.
DeleteI wonder at what point Fifty Shades will stop being everywhere! lol! Somebody is always reading Patterson but I'm surprised there was no Stephen King.
ReplyDeleteI saw someone else reading Fifty Shades last week. But I refuse to post it again in February. This book certainly does not need anymore publicity!
